Sunrise Assisted Living

Sing,and Chat, Volunteers can go on outings, play Yahtzee and Scrabble,Cook,Dance,and talk with residents. Well behaved pets are always welcome as well!

 

Alton Memorial Hospital

  • 14+

A variety of volunteer opportunities are available at Alton Memorial Hospital, including positions in the hospital gift shop, at the information desk, in mail delivery and in various hospital departments. Days and hours are flexible, and the skill requirements vary with each position. All youth volunteers must attend an orientation.

 

Family Hospice

  • 15+

The Heartlinks Program for grieving kids, teens, and families needs volunteers who are interested in helping us provide grief support to people in the community by supplying: -Office Support -Peer Support Group Coordination -Peer Support Group Facilitation and Assistance -Fundraising and Event Planning -Web Design and Maintenance -Activity Planning and Coordination -Grant Writing

 

Newborns in Need

  • 14+

Sort baby items,bag,tag and make deliveries when needed. Volunteers are also needed to knit,crochet,sew,and quilt items needed for the babies.

Volunteers are needed to sort and organize donations Monday - Friday. Plan to come once a week,once a month or everyday if that fits your schedule. Come alone or as a group.
