Socializing Foster Puppies

CARE partnered with the Animal Protective Association (APA) of Saint Louis to educate our members on the rescue and foster program. Students got hands-on experience in socializing with foster puppies. We are glad to inspire others to volunteer, while informing the public on the adoption process.
